C — Stopping on a level crossing
Why
The KB of 30 September 2005, art. 4, 6° grades stopping or parking on a level crossing (art. 24, 3°) as a fourth-degree offence; the other three are second degree (art. 2, 19° and 21°).
Why not
- A Using a disabled place without the card is a second-degree offence.
- B Parking in a tunnel is a second-degree offence.
- D Parking on a crossing is a second-degree offence.
