After an accident, who must take the measures needed to keep traffic safe and flowing?

  1. Only the drivers of the vehicles involved
  2. Every person involved in the accident
  3. Only a police officer once one arrives
  4. Only the driver who caused the accident

The answer

B — Every person involved in the accident

Why

Art. 52.1 opens by putting this duty on every person involved in an accident, without distinguishing driver, passenger or fault.

Why not

  • A Art. 52.1 says "every person involved", which reaches passengers as well as drivers.
  • C The duty starts at once, long before anyone official can be there.
  • D The article does not sort the people at the scene by fault before giving them a duty.

How this topic works in RoadReady

Every lesson in this topic is a short read built around the pictures the real questions use, and every practice question ends the same way as the one above: why the right answer is right, and why each other option is wrong. A mock exam draws on all of it, scored exactly like the real thing — 50 questions, 15 seconds each, five points for a heavy fault — and your readiness figure tells you honestly when this topic is done.
